We produce a large variety of ciders: dry, medium, sweet and fruit. A real treat is our champagne style ciders, which are made from Gala apples ideal for celebrations or those special occasions.

In the early hours of a crisp October morning apples are collected from the orchard. Then all the family is involved, the apples are poured into the hopper of the apple house, where they are crushed ready for pressing into a juice, which is fermented into a very tasty delicious drink.
