This beer is unique and special, as it's traditionally brewed with whisky malt then matured in oak casks for a month, enhancing and adding great flavours.
 
Pembroke Traveller 4.8% abv
A golden ale made with Best Ale malt and whole hop cones, and is a good alternative to lager if served chilled. Light and refreshing perfect for any Pembroke Traveller.

West Coast IPA 4.5% abv
This is a colourful and super juicy beer crammed full of fruity new world hops mosaic and simcoe. A light pale ale. Refreshing for those hot sunny days.
 
Blonde Bombshell 4.2% abv
A very pale ale made with Best Ale Malt and whole hop cones, and is good alternative to lager if served chilled.

Smooth Hoperator 4.2% abv
This unique beer is made using green hops straight from the farm, made into beer within 24 hours of being picked.
 
Tropical Splash 4.0% abv
This is a colourful and super juicy beer crammed full of fruity new world hops. Close your eyes and you can taste passionfruit, mango, pineapple, grapefruit and more.
 
Swn Y Dail 4.0% abv
Means sound of the leaves. A pale ale with a slight citrus flavour, giving a fresh taste and good to the last drop.
 
Merlins Stout 4% abv
A rich, dark, smooth and rounded stout with a fine tan head, giving it a bitter sweet finish, using goldings hops and chocolate malt.
 
Nettle Ale 4% abv
A unique copper coloured bitter, brewed with nettles, which are actually from the hop family and gives a slight peppery taste.
 
Hot Chilli Ale 4.4% abv
This is hot stuff, each bottle contains a chilli, we recommend you sip to adjust your mouth to the heat, you will soon get the kick. Copper red colour with the bitterness of Fuggles hops.
 
Matildas Beetroot Ale 4% abv
This is a very tasty bitter, brewed using beetroot in the boil giving the beer a deep red colour and bittered with goldings hops.
 
White Stag Lager 4.5% abv
This is a traditional lager brewed using lager malt, yeast and crystal clear Llanddarog water, and is full of flavour.
 
Pilsner Lager 4.5% abv
This is a traditional pilsner lager brewed using saaz hops.
