Apple Jack Whisky 42%abv

Historically Apple Jack was an American, colonial winter spirit, made by freezing cider, concentrating the alcohol in a process called jacking. We didn't set out to make Apple Jack, but rather apple vodka. After tasting the spirit we decided to mature it in ex-bourbon barrels for over three years, it opened up the possibility for something completely different. Welsh Apple Jack Whisky. AJ for short.

Well where do we start with Whisky has a sherry fruit flavour, smoked vanilla, caramel, dried fruit and very moorish, keeps me going back for more.
